Cultural Film Initiative (CFI MEDIA) is a film production company that also provides a training hub for the community. Our main ethos is helping young people to become inspired with film production activities and help launch careers by up-skilling people between the ages of 16-25.
How do we do this?
- 65% of our profits go back into our community work
- Free learning space for young people between 16-25
- Young members can use our editing suites for free
- Launching Crawley’s First Film Festival
- Producing a local 5-part drama series starring Rishi Nair & Joseph Parker
- Workshops & Traineeships
- Guest speakers delivering inspiring industry talks
When you hire our film production company you will not only get a team that is passionate about your project, but also a company that is passionate about putting your money back into the community. With all the ideas we have with our community work it makes perfect sense to collaborate with us on your next project knowing that you will get a great video and we will use 65% of our profits to give back to the community.

Our community work means the world to us, and that’s why we make a passionate production team when we work on our commercial videos. They both, in fairness, go hand in hand.
We are based inside Crawley Museum on the first floor. Inside the musuem we have workshop space plus a production hub. With our mission to provide film culture for Crawley we pride ourselves being based here.

We do however have subscription package which costs £3,750.00 per month for 3 videos produced each month. Check our corporate video production page for more info.
We also produce videos for charities and NGO’s for a reduced cost but to the exact same quality as our commercial sector.
Yes! We offer original design concepts which is written by our creative team. Our team of experts will understand your business and goals before filming. We value the ideas you may have and use our experience to provide a video that helps boost your company.
